Roof Structures, Inc. is one of California's oldest and most well respected roof and floor erectors. We are proud to have built some of the largest wood and steel joist structural panelized roof systems on the West Coast. Our company is a fully insured, bondable contractor licensed in California, Nevada and Oregon.

Company History ::
Roof Structures Inc. was started in 1966 by Bruce Edwards and Ken Holmgren who successfully ran the company through the 80’s. In 1990 Brad Holmgren an RSI employee since 1976 stepped up to President and has lead the company through many transitions in the industry. Roof Structures has existed since the birth of the panelized roof system and RSI has contributed to and changed with the industries innovation and growth. Among the well-known jobs of Roof Structures in its earlier years includes the majority of the Century Theaters and a good number of Drive-In movie screens in the San Jose area. Since RSI has been in business it has completed over 15,000 buildings ranging from 5,000s.f. to 750,000s.f.. Some of the more recent jobs include the San Jose Market Center and the majority of Fremont’s dealerships.
