Description of Project ::
This project was a fast tracked full frame package from Roof Structures Inc. The Retail shopping center consisted of approximately 162,000 square feet of buildings. Six full frame buildings were constructed with wood, wall framing, and panelized wood roofs. There were also 6 Majors that had varying scopes of work, including Hybrid panelized roofs in CMU block buildings and façade work on the fronts of the buildings. We also built the clock tower seen in the pictures. This project was awarded to RSI because of our experience with these large retail centers.

This project was booked at the end of march, and lasted almost 6 months We were on site from August of 2005 to January of 2006.
